Fundraising Coordinator/Manager for Greenpeace Chile

Greenpeace Chile recruit a Fundraising Coordinator/Manager.

  Purpose of the job

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Greenpeace Chile fundraising team and to provide guidance and advice on areas of fundraising and funding support to the Greenpeace Chile Executive Director and Greenpeace Chile Senior Management Team.

  Main responsibilities


1. To be in charge of Fundraising staff in the different fundraising channels such as Direct Dialogue, marketing, Upgrade, Online Activities, Supporter Care/Retention.

2. Develop, monitor and authorize expenditure of overall Fundraising budget

3. Contribute and provide leadership support to the Senior Management Team and Executive Director of Greenpeace Chile in the long term strategic development of fundraising, marketing.

4. To propose to the Executive Director: Objectives, goals, strategies and activities

5. Monthly written report describing monthly goal achievements and specific, upcoming objectives in the annual ODP as prescribed by the Executive Director, Senior Management Team and by the Greenpeace International fundraising team and liaison. 6.To protect and foster a positive Greenpeace external image in all works, including DDC team, support materials.

7.To actively participate in all Greenpeace Chile campaign planning activities and events

8.To participate actively in all SMT meetings and events.

9.To lead assessments of all new or ongoing fundraising programmes, on their completion.

10.To participate on the Editorial Board of the Greenpeace Chile Office magazine.

11.To lead the preparation and negotiations and assessments for all infomercials and advertising campaigns.

12.To analyze and propose new market segments, and new market opportunities to increase Greenpeace Chile supporter base.
